We are hiring Membership Sales Advisors with fitness membership sales experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in the member experience by supporting all our sales and marketing initiatives.

● Excellent customer service skills

● Solid verbal and written communication skills required

● Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment

● Ability to work and function in a team environment

● Health & fitness minded people required

● AED/CPR certification

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

● Assist in all aspects of the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness business and studio operations.

● Work hand-in-hand with both instructors & sales team to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.

● Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.

● Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.

● Greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.

● Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.

● Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.

● Participate in marketing and outreach events.

● Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs.
