**Job Summary:**
We seek a skilled Project Manager to join our team in a local fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
