As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to determine their landscaping needs and goals - Create detailed landscape designs using software such as Civil 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, and MicroStation - Prepare project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines - Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape projects - Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary data - Select appropriate plants, materials, and hardscapes for each project - Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes - Provide ongoing landscape maintenance recommendations to clients Skills: - Proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, and MicroStation - Strong knowledge of landscape design principles and practices - Excellent project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects - Ability to draft detailed plans and specifications - Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques - Strong sales skills to effectively communicate design concepts to clients - Creativity and an eye for detail to create visually appealing designs - Strong problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
