Overview: We are searching for an experienced Safety Coordinator at our Redmond, OR facility. Entity of type com.vizirecruiter.common.domain.model.Label with id: 7159
Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will have professional Safety experience in a manufacturing environment. Professional certification is ideal. The ideal candidate will also have experience with OSHA regulations as it relates to manufacturing and strong project management, and process planning.
* This position will be responsible for all Safety Programs and conduct safety training for all personnel.
* This candidate will lead a team of Safety Champions in the plant while executing all of their assigned Safety Champion tasks.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Safety, Business, Manufacturing or other related field preferred but not required.
* Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Safety certifications are strongly preferred.
* Experience interpreting OSHA regulations and ensuring compliance is required.
* Minimum of Three (3) years experience in safety. Five (5) or more years preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, group presentation skills, computer proficiency (including Excel and Word).
* Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to implement win-win solutions.
* Excellent statistical and mathematical skills.
