SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Sales team ensures our customers receive prompt and accurate support in their inquiries and purchases. As a Sales Support Specialist, you play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process, providing administrative support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are the backbone of the sales team, assisting the Sales Manager in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

This position is part-time with the potential for very flexible working hours. After onboarding and training, there is an option to work from home. 

AS A SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

• Prepare quotes for potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Manage permit applications as required for ventilation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Be readily available to answer phone calls from customers, providing assistance and directing inquiries as necessary.
• Assist the Sales Manager in various tasks related to sales operations, including data management through Salesforce and collaboration with internal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and customers, ensuring clear communication and coordination of activities.

• Experience in creating and delivering customer-facing reports and updates.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or assistant role.
