Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, and renewable natural gas upgrading.Position Description: The Department of Culture & Talent (HR) is looking for an HR Analyst to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around jobs, compensation and employment trends. The HR Analyst responsibilities include measuring retention and turnover rates, helping create hiring plans, compensation, and benefits packages, and creating reports requested by our Finance and Executive staff. This position will necessitate strong skills in data collection and compiling, identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions, and recommending solutions. Responsibilities:Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefitsMap out salary ranges for our open positionsCalculate retention, turnover and internal mobility ratesReport on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costsSupport DCT Team with employee benefit administrationAssist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plansForecast costs by department and help create budgetsAnalyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys)Assess results from our employee performance reviewsAssist with Employee Immigration Visa caseworkIdentify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR proceduresProvide support to the various tasks in the DCT department including ad-hoc requestsQualifications & Skills:Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar roleExperience with Human Resources Management Systems requiredExperience with Dayforce HRIS preferredSQL Code ExperienceExcellent analytical skillsExcellent data compilation skillsAbility to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentationsStrong research abilitiesFamiliarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefitsBSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field a plusOther Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
