It's a chance to join a team that maintains the highest standards of professionalism and respect when communicating with patients, staff, and management.Responsibilities:• Manage a high volume of patient calls to accurately and efficiently schedule, re-schedule, and cancel office appointments according to guidelines and established protocols.• Verify and update patient identity, demographics, insurance, and all other relevant data accurately.• Provide effective written and verbal communication as necessary with providers and other staff in a timely manner.• Respond to patient messages as necessary and follow up on online inquiries seeking appointments.• Maintain accurate and complete notes/documentation as required.• Optimize patient satisfaction by appropriately redirecting patient calls only when necessary.• Escalate issues to the manager when necessary.• Maintain accurate and complete notes/documentation in the patient's EMR.• Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and respect when communicating with patients, staff, and management at all times.
