Focal Point Medical Staffing is looking for a healthcare recruiter to join our team and help us find qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for:

- Posting job ads on various platforms and sourcing candidates through online and offline channels

- Screening resumes and conducting phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit

- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers and clients

- Negotiating salary and benefits packages and preparing offer letters

- Maintaining a database of active and passive candidates and building long-term relationships with them

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- At least one year of experience as a full cycle healthcare recruiter or in a similar role in the healthcare staffing industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A high school diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $45k-$55k, plus a competitive and rewarding commission structure that rewards your performance.
