Required Skills
- 6 Years - Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
- 5 Years - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
- 5 Years - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
- 5 Years - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- 5 Years - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD)
- 3 Years - Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces.
- 3 Years - Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
- 5 Years - Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.
- 5 Years - Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
- 3 Years - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices is beneficial
- 3 Years - Familiarity with ServiceNow's Glide scripts
- 4 Years - Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI
- 3 Years - Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development
- 2 Years - Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing
