**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, administrative tasks, and customer service. also some office experience

**Responsibilities:**

-Help organize and restock areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

-Comfortable around small dogs (help with feeding, walking, and attending vet and grooming appointments.

- Manage household needs and tasks effectively

- Help plan and coordinate events and gatherings

- Oversee light residential cleaning and maintenance

- Help with meal planning, preparing meals, and grocery shopping

- Handle administrative duties such as budget management and household inventory, Be responsible for a household debit card and assist with paying household and credit card bills.

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in event planning and execution

- Excellent time management skills to juggle various responsibilities efficiently

- Ability to oversee laundry services and maintain clothing inventory

- Proficiency in cooking or coordinating meal preparation

- Background in hotel or hospitality management is a plus

- Strong administrative skills to handle household finances and schedules

- Knowledge of residential cleaning practices for maintaining a pristine environment

- Exceptional customer service skills to cater to the needs of residents and guests

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
