Latitude is Hiring an Entry Level Electrical Engineer Near Raleigh, NC
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong interest in electrical design and engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in designing electrical systems for various projects
- Create and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop electrical plans, specifications, and calculations
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for electrical design projects
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Support project managers in coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software for electrical design
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software tools
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards is a plus
- Prior internship or coursework in electrical engineering is preferred
