We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Department Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $60,000 and $90,000, with additional bonuses based on department performance. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in managing a successful team to provide tailored insurance solutions to our clients while contributing to our agency's growth and success. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Train and coach new and existing staff.
- Meeting with ownership to discuss plans and strategies.
- Create goals and expectations for staff.
- Provide support with escalated client situations.
- Implement strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Marketing efforts to obtain and retain complex clientele scenarios.
- Additional management responsibilities will apply.
- Must have an active North Carolina Property and Casualty License and 7 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience to be considered for this position.
- Must have knowledge of Applied Management system, and preferably Applied/EPIC.
- Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and supportive team leader who fosters a positive work environment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
