Physician Assistant (PA) Needed in Raleigh, NC

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a very progressive and financially stable Primary Care Organization with a special focus on serving the Hispanic population and fostering community connections.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range starting at $100,000 based on experience
• Profit Sharing: $15,000 to $20,000 Annually
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Employer Pays 85% ($100 Per Month)
• Retirement Package: 401(K) with 4% Match
• Loan Repayment: $350 per month
• Paid Time Off: 15 Days (3 Weeks)
• CME Time Off: 5 Days Off and $1,500 Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Outpatient care
• Schedule: 4 Day Work Week, 10 Hour Shifts (37 hours of clinical work, 3 hours of administrative time)
• Administrative work can be done from home
• One Saturday Per Month (8am to 5pm)
• On Call (After Hours Answering Service)

Requirements:

• 1 Year of Experience Required
• Clear and Active License in the State of North Carolina
• Bilingual (Fluent Spanish) Required
• Desired Skills: Joint Injections, Extract Toe Nails, Minor Surgeries, Minor Urgent Care, Incisions, etc.
