What We Need
We are looking for an independent, confident, and self-directed HR Generalist who takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency to deliver outstanding HR and People Management solutions to our clients.
This role requires an individual who is highly organized, efficient, process- and detail-oriented, and is comfortable making independent decisions and working autonomously.
This is a hybrid role, requiring both on-site client visits and remote work. Most clients are located in the Delaware Valley and the Philadelphia region. However, clients can be located in surrounding states.
Compensation $70,000-$85,000 per year.

You are an HR Practitioner with a Generalist background who has proven experience and competence across all HR functional areas. You thrive when given varied assignments, projects and engagements and you are flexible, versatile, and able to quickly connect and successfully engage across a diverse group of client organizations. You must be self-directed, a critical thinker, and be accountable.
You are a confident and skilled communicator who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients and working within a culture of respect, integrity, and regard for both internal and external partners.
A passionate HR professional, you enjoy making a positive impact on organizations and are driven to do what is necessary to get the job done with excellence within an environment that promotes work-life balance.
Your Experience
You are an HR Practitioner who possesses varied industry experience and who has experience across all HR functional areas. Position titles that align with this role are SR HR Associate, HR Generalist, HR Associate or HR Consultant. You possess 4 years of progressive and broad HR generalist experience, exposure to varied industries or multi-site organizations, and a bachelor’s degree. HR Professional Certification is strongly desired for candidates with degrees unrelated to HR. Experience with a professional service firm is a plus.
