As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your role will involve driving sales, maintaining inventory control, and upholding store standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of retail sales associates
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and customer service
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct employee interviews and training
- Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory control activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
