Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Ten One Tea House. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers by crafting delicious teas and providing excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of tea-based beverages with precision and consistency.
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including brewing equipment, serving stations, and dining areas.
• Adhering to health and safety standards at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of tea preparation techniques and a passion for tea culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
