Store Manager Job Description

Duties:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Hire, train, and manage store staff
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate coverage during business hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience:

- At least 1 years of experience in a retail management position
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent math skills for managing inventory and finances
- Knowledge of the local market and consumer trends
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Excellent time management skills for balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with stock management systems
