What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a pleasant Office Administrator to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
You will responsible for:
· Answering phones and setting schedules for techs and delivery drivers
· Keeping adequate inventory & managing collections
· Creating and closing daily work orders
· Assisting walk-in customers with water & salt orders (must be willing & able to lift up to 50 lbs)
· Assisting with truck unloading
Who You Are
· At least 2 years in a front office, clerical, or customer service role; trades experience is a plus
· AP/AR experience
· Strong computer skills
· Be able to lift up to 50 lbs, forklift operation experience a plus
· Excellent customer service skills
What We Offer
· $40,000-$45,000 per year, based on experience plus commission
