Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator serves as a forward-thinking Leader with a creative mindset.
The Marketing Coordinator must embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community, which means developing ways to “bring care to the concrete” both inside and outside of the four walls of our restaurant.
This person needs to have a passion for customer service and a full-time open availability to work a flexible, events-based schedule that may require working mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Periodic Sunday’s for Marketing signage (POP).
Over the age of 18.
Lift up to 50lbs.
Clean driving record.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Qualifications
- The Marketing Coordinator must have a growth mindset and must be a team player.
- Attention to detail, effective time management skills and the ability to multitask and problem solve with little supervision or prompting.
- A professional and proactive work ethic and passion for being customer focused.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- An ability to adjust to changing environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Organization and management skills to direct and orchestrate large, fast-moving team efforts.
- An ability to develop creative, original content that meets Chick-fil-A’s Brand Guardrails.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
