JOB TITLE: Videographer/ Photographer

SUPERVISOR: President

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

HOURS WORKED: 20 hours/ week

DEFINITION:

The main purpose of this job is to provide support for the Company’s social media platforms by creating and posting content, creating email marketing campaigns, and providing marketing services as assigned.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

Works under the general supervision of the President

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS:

None.

EQUIPMENT/JOB LOCATION:

Mane Beauty Method LLC is a salon located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Videographer/ Photographer's work will be completed remotely with the exception of scheduled meetings and content strategy sessions in and out of the salon.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

The essential functions of the Videographer/ Photographer includes, but are not necessarily limited to, the following job duties:

• Content creation for company social media platforms and website.
• Content creation for subscription services for profit and/ or free use.
• Creation of marketing materials.
• Creation of digital downloads for profit and/or free use.
• Online course creation for profit and/or free use.
• Posting of content on social media.
• Engaging on accounts.
• Creation of email marketing campaigns.
• Track data and provide strategic recommendations.

• Learn and effectively use the Company’s computer system including updates.
• Perform light administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.

• Willingness to learn about new techniques to keep the Company competitive.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• To have hand and arm (or equivalent) dexterity adequate to allow for extensive use of hands to perform work on a computer, phone, video camera, and camera.

• To have adequate vision to the frequent viewing of computer and other electronic screens.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduation or GED completion.
• College degree in marketing or communications desired, but not required.
• Practices a strong work ethic.
• Possesses qualities such as productivity, dependability, resourcefulness, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Physical stamina.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
