Novella Osteria is Hiring a Service Manager Near Powell, OH
Novella Osteria is a 130-seat casual dining restaurant with a 13-seat bar area. We specialize in rustic-Italian cuisine and hospitality.
Novella is inspired by the strong desire to give back to this community a sense of what the Italian way of life is. We wish to provide an experience in which guests can appreciate food that is ingredient and technique driven. The menu and décor of the restaurant will be rustic and simple.
We are an employee-first establishment, where we believe that working together as a focused team dedicated to not only an unforgettable guest experience but also towards a work-life balance, will serve our guests in the best fashion.
We are currently looking to fill a Service Manager position.

- Sense of Urgency & Creativity during service and instilling in the staff a need for swift but elegant service.
- 1 years of Floor Manager experience
- Good food and wine knowledge with desire to learn in detail about traditional & authentic, Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
- Excellent dining room operations and knowledge
- Delegation skills
- Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks
- Basic Microsoft Office understanding
- Restaurant POS understanding
A bachelor’s degree or degree in related hospitality studies is welcomed but not a prerequisite.
