Management Resources is seeking an experienced interim Audit consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit of our client's inventory management process. This role will involve performing end-to-end evaluations, creating detailed walkthroughs, flow charts, narratives, and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities:1. Conduct a thorough examination of the client's current inventory management process from start to finish.2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather relevant information and documentation.3. Develop detailed walkthroughs, flow charts, and narratives outlining the existing inventory procedures.4. Identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the inventory process.5. Provide recommendations for enhancements to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce risks.6. Work closely with the client's team to implement recommended process improvements.7. Document all findings, recommendations, and implementation plans in clear and concise reports.Qualifications:• Proven experience in conducting audits and process evaluations, particularly within inventory management.• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices.• Proficiency in creating detailed walkthroughs, flow charts, and process narratives.• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CSCP, Six Sigma) are desirable but not mandatory.
