• Knowledge of common internal/external parasites.
• Ability to answer phones with courtesy and swiftness.
• Ability to communicate with clients regarding payments, plans, etc.
• Ability to keep the hospital clean.
• Knowledge of vaccines and common reactions seen with them.
• Ability to stay calm even in stressful situations.
• Ability to file paperwork and work online.
