**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Program Assistant to join our team. The Program Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting program operations and ensuring the successful implementation of various initiatives.
**Duties:**
- Assist in the coordination and execution of program activities
- Provide administrative support to program managers
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement program strategies
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation
- Assist in program evaluation and reporting
- Support outreach efforts to engage participants and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops related to program activities
**Skills:**
- Experience or background in social work, public health, or related fields
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide others
- Proficiency in fundraising techniques and grant writing
- Familiarity with social media management for program promotion
- Experience in volunteer management and coordination
- Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and workshops
