Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during their stay at our hotel.
Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and with a smile
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
- Assist with guest requests to guarantee their comfort and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in night audit procedures is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work effectively at the front desk in a fast-paced environment
