Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software applications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
