This is a PER DIEM LVN/LPN Position. You will be put on schedule based on the needs of the facility.

Pay rate: $45-49 per hour (depending on location)

8-12 hours per shift | Day, Evening, and Night shift available

Requirements:

• Must have a current and active Oregon state LVN/LPN license
• Must have at least 1-2 years recent experience in SNF/LTC/TCU setting
• MUST HAVE certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions and willing to commute
• Fully vaccinated against COVID with booster shot (medical or religious exemptions only)
• 2 Professional References: 1 reference MUST be from a supervisor. Charge RNs are accepted.
