To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• • Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory items in designated areas using handheld scanners or other inventory management tools.
  • Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to system records and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of cycle count results.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including receiving, shipping, and production, to resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory items as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing inventory tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates on inventory status and any issues encountered during cycle counts.
  • Participate in inventory audits and physical inventory counts as required.
