The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a background in corporate finance, treasury, accounting, and financial risk management, ideally in a consumer-centric services environment. Experience in healthcare is preferred. The role requires expertise in building out treasury functions, process standardization, and risk mitigation, as well as the ability to collaborate with other operating functions to optimize working capital. Experience with capital allocation strategies, risk management via derivatives and hedging, and international financial implications is essential. The Vice President of Treasury will also be responsible for managing relationships with external business partners and must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Treasury position at the company will have a proven track record in enterprise-wide treasury leadership, particularly in a setting of significant size and complexity. Experience in a turnaround, high-growth, or Private Equity backed environment, and the leadership and change management skills to build a high-performing and scalable organization, are key requirements. The role demands an individual with expert financial, quantitative, and analytical skills, who excels in issue identification and mitigation and is able to motivate both themselves and their team. The candidate should be a dynamic, proactive leader with a natural bias for action, capable of connecting with stakeholders at all levels, from practice to C-suite.
