Wholesale lighting company is looking to add a full-time Sales Representative with proven B2B sales experience to their team. This person will be responsible for increasing sales with current customers as well as generating new sales by targeting potential accounts. The ideal candidate will have LED product knowledge within the commercial lighting industry.

Duties:

• Identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and have the ability to clearly communicate knowledge of company’s product line.
• Maintain records of all sales, leads and/or customer accounts in company CRM
• Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company and its brand.

Skills:

• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Research and information gathering 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM a plus
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B phone sales
