HR Generalist

$24.00-$26.00
M-F 8am to 5pm
Seeking an HR Generalist to performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to retirement, compensation, benefits, leaves, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and training.
Manages talent with onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Assist with Performance Management by answering questions, running reports, and filing. Processes workers compensation claims, retirement withdrawals, and retirement submissions for benefit department.
This assignment will be responsible for handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters to appropriate personnel.
Assists in recruiting by assisting with job postings, launching search committees, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate the transition of new faculty and staff with supervisors and managers.
Verifies compliance with payroll data entry and personnel files
