Position Summary: This part-time, non-exempt, position will be responsible for assisting the office staff with the various aspects of the association’s daily operations
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
· Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Maintain and update office databases and filing systems.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Troubleshoot and resolve office-related issues as they arise.
· Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
· Assists with financial reporting and bank deposits
· Provide administrative and operational support in various competitions and events
· Maintains and files association documents
· Provides administrative support to the chief executive officer and the board of directors
· Provide research assistance to the staff and membership
· Other duties as required and assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Required Qualifications:
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as within a team, a self-starter.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, database management preferred.
· Comfortable with web-based applications and cloud storage platforms.
· Experience in a results driven office environment preferred
· 20-25 hours per week; some weekends, evenings and special events as required.
The position will report to directly the Chief Operating Officer with other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer. This is a hybrid position with remote days plus office hours based at the headquarters of Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer in Plymouth Meeting, PA .
