This intern will be working with the Retail Experience Marketing Team in the Off Road division. Launching the Polaris Retail Experience (PRE) across the dealer network is a major project for 2024. This intern will assist the PRE team with roll out and execution of the current plan for the inside of the dealerships and be involved in shaping future initiatives. The Retail Experience Marketing Intern will work cross functionally with sales, channel development, consumer insights and our PG&A partners. Deliverables will include: 1. Own compliance management, process & tracking to ensure dealers are properly maintaining and utilizing their Polaris showroom space. 2. In partnership with the consumer insights team, build a plan to gather dealer feedback on existing solution & ideas for future initiatives 3. Create communication plan for dealer merchandising best practices along with social media strategy for how dealers can leverage the new Polaris Retail Experience to create social media content.
