The Customer Service Data Specialist is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, technicians, and field personnel.
This position is responsible for building and maintaining account data, troubleshooting with technicians to activate accounts for live monitoring, and ongoing correspondence with customers regarding account information.
The position is to be performed in office and not remotely.
