Tekion is Hiring a Demand Generation Specialist Near Pleasanton, CA

Job Description

We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to take the reins on a range of campaigns and programs designed to drive interest and engagement. In this role, you'll craft and oversee email marketing, social media strategies, webinars, and direct mail for your assigned campaigns. Your knack for analysis will come into play as you monitor campaign performance, diving into tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce to understand the impact of your work and refine our approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and efficient budget management. Monitor campaigns to meet key performance indicators, adjusting strategies in real time. Collaborate with creative teams for compelling materials and report on results to guide future campaigns.
  • Identify and engage target audiences with tailored lead generation strategies and implement nurturing programs to advance prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales teams for effective lead follow-up and use CRM systems for tracking.
  • Create and optimize landing pages and forms to boost conversions, and conduct A/B testing to enhance the effectiveness of lead generation tactics.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to craft engaging and informative content (email, webinars, advertisements, social media) ensuring it aligns with industry trends. 
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover patterns and insights, tracking key metrics to gauge campaign success and revenue attribution. 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2 years executing B2B marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for campaign analysis
  • Ability to craft and manage email campaigns along with audience segmentation
  • Skills in creating and optimizing landing pages and forms
  • Experience with webinar planning and execution
  • Experience using marketing automation technologies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data for actionable insights
  • Experience using Hubspot and Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to take ownership of tasks and keep stakeholders informed of progress and blockers
  • A blend of analytical and creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $77,040 - $130,300. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
