Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track deliverables with program personnel.
- Interpret, compile, edit, and proofread text and data from various sources for use in technical documents, reports, and proposals.
- Research and analyze historical data, develop cost models to support customer bid and proposal efforts.
- Assist in the development, operation, and enforcement of internal controls and protocols.
- Analyze data and prepare reports related to individual programs/contracts including monthly reports, weekly funding summaries, and contract life cycle status.
- Build pricing for programs by collecting inputs, costs, and schedules from functional departments.
- Manage the review and tracking of documentation changes and approvals to support the contract acceptance process.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or closely related discipline, or equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge acquired through experience and/or other training
- Five years for experience in Engineering, Project Management, Government Contract Administration or related experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable presenting to audiences up to 20 people both virtually and in person
- PMP (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Excellent technical writing skills
