The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering a high level of service to colleges and universities ensuring systems are implemented timely and performed as outlined in the client contract. The BSA will ensure the systems operate in accordance to the school, state and federal guidelines provided during the data gathering sessions including ensuring the Student Batch Load process happens timely for all school clients. The Business System Analyst supports FA Solutions and the client, working under general supervision, to analyze moderately complex business problems with regards to new system implementations, Title IV rules and regulations, and State and Institutional funding requirements. BSA will troubleshoot issues through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Responsibilities include analysis of business, client, and end-user needs and preparing detailed business requirements. This position will need to be organized, analytical and able to stand out when making presentations.
