JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Teller and CSR training courses
• Develop or oversee the content and production of classroom instructional material
• Develop and manage training schedule
• Participate as an instructor in other training programs as required
• Obtain and maintain professional certification through internal and external educational requirements

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Teller experience is required

• College or continuing education preferred
• General working knowledge of banking preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present information to a variety of audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
• Ability to set-up training rooms
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Valid driver's license

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions
• Local travel required; no overnight travel required
