JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in responding to client inquires, conducting account research, preparing client reports and presentation materials.
• Assists with providing high standards of service and communications to clients.
• Develops continuous and open channels of communication with all inter-company co-workers and support areas.
• Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• College degree or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient/knowledgeable in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions
• Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
