Growing Residential Apartment Developer is seeking a Property Manager for their expanding luxury apartment portfolio. Candidates should have at least 5-10 years of management experience preferably with 150-250 units. Experience with budgets, financials, overseeing staff and being a leader is required. Experience with Class B / A apartments is also a big plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
