Our company is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee the construction of interior projects across the states on high end - retail and Restaurants . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high end restaurants and interior construction, possess strong leadership skills, and be willing to travel extensively throughout States

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction process for retail interior projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications, plans, and standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is being performed safely and according to project plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide timely and accurate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Ensure that project closeout activities are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in retail /Restaurant interior construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for retail projects.
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout south east
