Your Role as a Paralegal
As a Paralegal at the Husband & Wife Law Team, you are the gatekeeper of our clients’ experience and the project manager of their cases. As such, you are the
ambassador of communication during the life of your assigned clients’ cases. Our clients experience our values largely because you embody those values when you interact with them.
You work closely with your attorney and paralegal manager to ensure cases are moving forward efficiently and with exceptional service.
You have a finely tuned emotional intelligence, which guides you as you work with clients who have experienced catastrophic, life-changing events.
You navigate difficult conversations with compassion and empathy.
So, What Will You Be Doing?
Day to day, you will be driving the smooth and timely progression of your cases while ensuring clients and potential new clients are welcomed and cared for like family.
You will spend time reaching out to your new clients to establish a relationship while gathering the documentation needed for their cases including insurance information, police reports, liens held, background checks, medical bills, and more.
You will be the main point of contact to connect our clients with their legal counsel and ensure that clients are kept up to date as their case progresses.

You’ve worked as a Paralegal in a fast-paced environment. You have successfully managed a full caseload with firm deadlines.
You have a proven record of maintaining a high quality of work under pressure. You’ve enjoyed interacting with both clients and team members and are driven to ensure exceptional experiences.
