Job Description
We are a fast growing, Central Phoenix Personal Injury Law Firm seeking Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Collect medical records and bills
- Communicate with clients regularly for treatment updates and to assist with property damage
- Communicate with medical providers and insurance companies
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Previous experience as a Personal Injury paralegal
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bi-lingual preferred
