Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information and update records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers and gather feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or HVAC is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
* Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
