Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive experience. If you have a passion for excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with specific cocktail recipes

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales

- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Hospitality is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by state law) to serve alcohol
