Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesE 75% Primarily responsible for the initial provisioning of Windows 11 devices
E 20% Provides on-going support to all Credit Union staff in the use of end-user hardware and software products.
N 5% Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements
- Primary role will be to assist in the setup of Windows 11 devices that will be used to replace all non- compliant Windows 10 devices.
- To maintain inventory of Credit Union's hardware and software with every add, change, or delete.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Pen Air Core Values.
- Regular reliable attendance.
Education (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills 1. Knowledge of e-mail, personal computers, PC operating systems, peripheral equipment, etc.
- Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment.
