Job Summary:

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Provide individualized support to students based on their needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in educational settings preferred but not required
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
