**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's dining area. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service and efficient front-of-house functions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders

- Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and POS systems

- Monitor dining room flow and address customer concerns promptly

- Oversee reservation management and seating assignments

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality service

- Handle cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in POS restaurant management software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google (Mail, Drive, Platform)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of food production, food preparation, and culinary techniques

- Experience in hospitality management and restaurant operations

- Ability to conduct interviews and train front-of-house staff

- Familiarity with kitchen management practices

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
