Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong skills in behavioral therapy and data collection.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy to clients with developmental disabilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of client care
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and outcomes

Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in behavioral health practices
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records management
- Skilled in data collection and analysis
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
