U.S. Immigration Law Counsel is Hiring an Immigration Attorney Near Pembroke, FL
Job Duties:
- Meet with potential new clients for consultations
- Coordinate case strategy and manage cases
- Legal research and analysis
- Court representation
- Prepping clients for their upcoming hearings
- Manage various project deadlines and prepare and revise documents
- Regularly and effectively communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations
- Experience preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
- Experience creating legal documents and conducting legal research
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and government agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientation, alongside the ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to independently work on daily tasks, proactively and with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to always contribute to a work environment positively
- Demonstrated experience in immigration law, particularly removal proceedings, either through prior work experience or relevant coursework
